Delivery information

We always aim to deliver all standard orders within 5 to 7 working days from the proof approval and receiving your payment. However, it may vary from product to product. Ie. the lead time for large format signs, fabrication orders and custom colour frames can take around 10-14 working days.

We use various carriers and delivery partners for printed products shipping. For all small signs and panes, we use DPD and PARCEL FORCE. In exceptional cases, your order may be dispatched via Royal Mail. Large signs and panels are delivered via PROOVIA Couriers.

If you have ordered a few items from different categories in one single order, your order will be delivered in separate deliveries and different carriers as the products may be dispatched at different times based on order or customisation completion time.
