Returns

Custom-Made Products

All custom-made products provided by Signs Base are uniquely tailored to meet individual customer specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they are non-returnable. These items cannot be restocked or resold, and as such, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described, in line with UK consumer protection laws.

Off-the-Shelf and Stock Products

For off-the-shelf and stock products that are not customized, Sign Shop by Signs Base does accept returns in accordance with UK law. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return these items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return for off-the-shelf or stock products, please contact us at shop@signsbase.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and any associated return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, whether it is custom-made or off-the-shelf, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and efficiently.

Refunds and Replacements

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the event that your product is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, Sign Shop by Signs Base will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge. The process for addressing such issues is as follows:

  1. Notification: Please notify us of the problem within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at shop@signsbase.com

  2. Evidence: To help us understand the issue, we may request evidence of the fault, typically in the form of photographs.

  3. Return of Faulty Goods: If we require the item to be returned, Sign Shop will cover any associated return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  4. Refund or Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or confirm your replacement order. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. For replacements, we will commence production of your new item immediately.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that all customized products are non-returnable except in cases of faults or errors. Off-the-shelf and stock products can be returned as per the conditions outlined above.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Sign Shop website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
